Although there are no forms or documents to be completed on our Site, as part of enrolling into Lighthouse Finance Solutions, LLC’s (“LFS”) debt relief services, you will have the opportunity to complete and sign documents electronically using an E-Signature platform, as well as receive notices and other documents related to your enrollment, services, or account and interaction with LFS in electronic, rather than paper, form. By submitting forms electronically and clicking the sign or submission button, you agree to the use of electronic documents and signatures, and that your electronic signatures will have the same effect as physically signing your name. You acknowledge that you have consented to electronic documents by clicking the sign or submission button after review and consideration of this disclosure information below.
To complete, sign, and receive documents electronically you will need the following:
- A personal e-mail address
- A computer or other device with standard e-mail software
- Current version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari
- A connection to the internet
- A printer if you want to print paper copies

You acknowledge that you have reviewed fully the information herein, and you consent to electronically complete, sign, and receive documents relating to your information request, service enrollment documents, and general interaction with LFS or relating to your business interaction with LFS.
Additionally, you consent to receive in electronic form, to the email you provide, the following: (i) communications relating to your requests, forms, applications, service enrollment, client account, and further general interaction with LFS; (ii) notices of actions taken required by law; and (iii) notices of your rights under applicable laws, which may also be posted on our Site. Your consent applies to all forms and documents provided, completed, and/or signed (through any manner of electronic signature) via this website and/or transmitted via email.
If your contact information changes or you may choose to withdraw your consent for electronic communications, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via any of the methods below, so we can update your information or withdraw your electronic communication consent. You may update your information or withdraw your consent by:

Please note that all phone calls requesting changes or withdrawing consent are recorded for compliance reasons, and you may be required to further provide your request in writing by either e-mailing or writing us. If you choose to withdraw consent, you will no longer have the ability to sign future documents electronically and/or receive disclosures and documents electronically and may therefore receive notices either by mail to your home address or if the notice is a public notice, through this Site. Your withdrawal of consent is prospective only and will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. After withdrawing your consent, please also contact the company representative to make arrangements to receive paper copies of documents and communications.
After signing your electronic documents for enrollment in our services, you can obtain copies of any documents and communications relating to your enrollment, services, and/or interaction with Lighthouse Finance Solutions by using our member portal available on our Site, where you may print paper copies or save electronic copies of documents or disclosures during this session and future sessions.
You consent to the use of electronic records and signatures in the manner described above, and the electronic storage of any such documents or information.
